Hey Everyone!! Sorry it has been so long but as you all know I've been super busy. :) Eagan is now in Kindergarten and is really liking it! It started out good, then he had a few hard weeks and now he is excited to go! Especially on Fridays, which he has computer! His favorite. I've been volunteering in his classroom on Tuesday mornings for a couple hours and that is so great. I feel like a celebrity when I walk in the classroom. Everyone starts whispering and pointing and then all of a sudden I have 20 kids all dying for my attention. I over hear Eagan saying "That's MY Mom!" and he is so proud. I know it won't last forever so I'm going to enjoy the heck out of it now! Preston is now in Preschool and loving that. He goes Tues and Thurs mornings but says that he wishes he could go all day every day like Eagan. He has so much fun. Both boys are in soccer and practice Tuesdays and have games on Saturdays. They don't like it and I spend most of the hour yelling at them to get up (they like to lay on the ground and make snow angels in the grass) and run after the ball. (they like to just walk. (Eagan with his hands in his pockets) Maybe soccer wasn't such a good idea but how do you know if you don't try?! They are also both in Gymnastics on Fridays and that is a much better fit. There they DO get to roll around on the ground! And Gwendolyn is a whole 9 months old already. She isn't crawling yet but manages to get from point A to B with rolling and wiggling. Today she tried to pull up and was very excited when she did. I don't think she noticed the help from me at all. She is also madly in love with as she calls them "meow meow" she can NOT get enough of our kitties. Ginny is awesome at waving and saying "bye bye" and "hello" and she is such a happy, awesome baby. We really are blessed with such an amazing little family.

Sorry about the bad picture but here is the front of my first quilt!! I still have to back it and all that but I'm still super excited.

lots and lots!

We have been so busy lately! I am finally getting around to posting some pictures of Eagan when he was in the hospital. He is doing so good! He isn't having any more cramps and has a pretty kick a** scar to brag about. :) Eagan has pirate camp this week and he is really liking it. He gets to go on a treasure hunt on the last day (Thursday) and he is super excited about that.
Preston is great at riding his bike now. That sure didn't take long! He has been having lots of fun playing outside and he loved going to the beach today.
Gwendolyn is almost six months old already. I can NOT believe it. I have no idea how she grew so quickly! She is so much fun. She is my happiest baby and she loves to cuddle and yes she still loves to bounce. Thank goodness she is old enough for the jumparoo now! But we still get plenty of use out of the exercise ball. :) She is loving every item of food that she gets to eat too. She is a real good eater!!
I am still training for that 5k. It is sooo hard! I am on week 4 and it is kicking my butt...but I keep telling myself it will be worth it when I cross that finish line. 4 weeks ago it took me 50 minutes to go 3 miles. Today I ran/walked it in 39. So there is a definite improvement!!

no training wheels!!

Preston has mastered riding his bike!! No more training wheels and hopefully by the end of the summer he can ride it to the park and back! :) That would make it alot easier on either Ryan or I. Depending on who is pulling the buggy.

Gwendolyn is modeling her coveralls...they were once worn by me! I still can't believe I was ever that little. :)

A HUGE moth that Pop and I found by our front door this evening.

And just so you know I am starting to train for a 5K!! I am super excited about this. I am not a runner and I have never been one but I really wanna prove to myself that I can do this. The race is for the Deerwood Fire Department and will be on August 13th which gives me just enough time to do the "Couch to 5K in 9 weeks" program. So wish me luck and I will keep you posted on how I am doing!!

a spare moment? no way!

So as you all know we have been crazy busy. First there was the scary adventure that Eagan took us on, then his last week of preschool, then a garage sale and now I am just trying to catch up from the last month. Eagan is doing great. Thank you everyone for all your prayers! I'm sure you know exactly how much they helped out!! Eagan dropped 7 pounds in three weeks and now we are trying to put it back on him. He is finally back to eating normally so that should help. His incision is looking great. It is almost all healed up. It shrank alot too, so that is really nice. Eagan is running and playing and back to himself. :) Pop is...well...Pop! He is doing great too. Super spunky and loving having his brother back. He gets to start Preschool next fall with Angie (pic. below w/ Eagan) and he is super excited. Eagan starts Kindergarten. AHHH! okay...I'll be okay... lol! and Ginny is almost five months old already. She is so funny. She LOVES Eagan and Mommy and now Nana. (They got to do some bonding while I was at the hospital with Eagan) She seriously is the best baby. We love to cuddle, bounce, eat, bounce, swing, bounce...do you see a pattern? This baby seriously loves to bounce!!

gwendolyn's baptism.

Gwendolyn was baptised yesterday. She had a beautiful day for it! Both of our families were there, it was wonderful. Ginny did a great job too! She slept through most of it since she stayed up most of the night before. We think she was a little nervous for her big day. :) Father George did awesome. I just love him.

ice fishing.

We've been pretty busy lately! Ginny has her first cold...a mild case of rsv, and is feeling better every day. On Wednesday she got to meet her Uncle Chaddie. I wish she would have been feeling better but it was still great to see him. I took her to the doctor and she weighs 10 pounds 15 ounces. She sure is growing!! and smiling lots too! Today the boys and I did a science experiment. We went "ice fishing." It didn't work out as well as I would have liked it to but they enjoyed it!!

We have lots coming up so I'll be sure to post again soon. Gwendolyn is getting baptised, Eagan will be turning FIVE!!! ( can you believe it?!) and the boys, Nana and I are going the the "spider ball" March is going to be a fun month!!

do you like my outfit?

one month old!

Today Gwendolyn is one month old! I have no idea how that first month went by so fast. She loves to be held and is such a cuddle bug. She also loves to eat. The only times she cries are if you set her down or don't feed her RIGHT AWAY! So we have been very lucky with this baby. Feb 2nd she smiled her first true smile. I totally melted. It is so wonderful to have her smile at me, makes all those nursing sessions worth it!

The boys are doing really well. They are defiantly ready for spring but we have been enjoying the warmer weather the past few days. Who would have thought we would be so excited about upper 20's and lower 30's! I get to go to school with Eagan on Thursday for parent child day. I am really excited. Ryan went to the last two so it's been almost a year since I went. :)
