gwendolyn loves "tweet tweets" so much that we put some in her room. i spray painted the cage and stand and then i put in a few branches and some fake birds. even the cats think it looks real! they sit there and stair up at the cage waiting for the birds to move. it is super funny.

there's nothing like being tourists in your own town. :)

here we are at whipple beach park checking out the ice that was left on the lake. it pushed the sand up and then melted underneath. the kids thought it was great...i did too. :)

So I have to make this quick because I for the life of me can NOT get Ryan's computer to charge. We have been trying for three days now and are down to 35%. I have been using my kindle fire for all my online needs but to print anything or post pictures I need his mac. So I'm gonna give it to ya short and sweet!

Gwendolyn and Piper needed to work on their tans today. I think they are getting cabin fever as bad as I am!!

So one out of five people who live in this house are allergic to cats. That means if a kitty wants to sleep on someones pillow she can safely choose four out of five. Preston's Cloe Pumpkin decided she would choose my pillow. The one out of the five that is off limits. She was so cute and cuddly I couldn't kick her off. Looks like I'll just have to change my pillow case tonight. Yep. My house is run by children and cats.

Yesterday after school Eagan asked to go to the park. I had a hard time saying no even though I was in jeans and running shoes. So by the time we were done playing in the 7 inches of snow I was soaking wet. Eagan wanted his picture taken while the dinosaur was eating his hand. I don't think Eagan looks like he is in enough pain to be losing his hand!

The other day I asked Preston to write his name on his art. He wrote Pop and Preston! I am simply amazed at how smart this kid is!! He is doing such a great job at preschool too.

Gwendolyn has loved my Tupperware cupboard for as long as she has been crawling. Now she even loves being in it!

I've been having a lot of fun lately doing some new arts and crafts. I was going through baby clothes looking for what I wanted to use in a quilt that I am going to be making (using fabric from the baby clothes!) and I found this little shirt. I love it so much. So I framed it. the ruffles on the bottom are from around the collar.

And here are some coasters I made...these ones were for my Mom. :)
